Power companies tend to obsfucate this information so they can claim they are using renewable energy to look good without actually using all that much of it. Watts your Watt was designed to help break down what energy soruces your electricity comes from, as well as providing the enviormental impact of each source and compairing your electricity usage to the average.

First go to the Calculator, which can be found in the navigation bar above. Then, select your power company, type in the number of kilowatt hours on your power bill, and click submit. The Calculator will display the breakdown of where your energy comes from, as well as your usage compaired to the average power consumption. Underneath these calculations, you can find the enviormental impact of each source of energy.
